Our route will reach three of the most iconic viewpoints of the city of Granada, capital of the Nasrid Kingdom until the reconquest of the Catholic Monarchs in 1492. A magnificent route that will cross the Albaicín neighborhood, from the 1994 declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site as an extension of the monumental complex of the Alhambra and the Generalife. We will continue to the Llanos de la Perdiz and from there to Cenes de la Vega where we will join the route of the “cholesterol pathway” along the Genil River until you first reach Pinos Genil, one of “The Magical Towns of Spain”, and then to Güéjar Sierra about 1100 masl after crossing the spectacular Canales dam and reservoir. Our route will end again in Granada, crossing the Paseo de la Bomba in Realejo to return to the starting point.
